My Evinox HIU has no heating but hot water still works — what does that mean?

This points to the heating side of the unit specifically — often a heating actuator or a related control fault — rather than the plate heat exchanger.

Do you service Evinox units under warranty?

We can service Evinox HIUs regardless of warranty status; for units still under manufacturer warranty, we’ll advise if any work needs to go through the manufacturer to keep the warranty valid.

Can you attend the same day for an Evinox fault?

Yes, we prioritise no-heat/no-hot-water callouts and aim for sameday attendance across London.
